Join us at Yellow Gables Bed and Breakfast, located in
Bloomsburg’s Historic District, for a casual, Saturday-Sunday
get-together where the main topics are losing weight and keeping it off.
Agenda and Amenities:
Arrive at noon on Saturday and settle into
your tastefully appointed room. (Healthful edibles are offered
throughout the two-hour workshop – no need to go out for lunch).
Workshop begins at 1:30 pm: Camille will
share her personal experience in maintaining (for more than 35 years) a
self-directed weight loss of more than 35 pounds. Topics include the
principles of weight loss and maintenance established by a famous
psychiatrist who conquered his weight demons, a review of popular diets
and Camille’s experiences with them, and a discussion which includes a
question and answer period. (Handouts off all materials are included.)
Evening -- on your own: Enjoy Bloomsburg’s
restaurants, pubs, or perhaps a movie that evening.
The next morning, enjoy a healthful homemade
breakfast consisting of an egg white-veggie sandwich, yogurt parfait,
low fat muffin, fruit juice, and low-fat cappuccino, hot chocolate, or
