ELLOW GABLES ROOM RATES/POLICIES
- Master Chamber with private bath: $98.00 per night
- Green Room with private bath: $89.00 per night
- Blue Room with private bath: $80.00 per night
Reservations may be made by telephone or in person.
Walk-ins are happily accommodated, depending on occupancy status.
- Check-In: 2 PM (Guests may drop their bags off earlier with advance notice.)
- Check-Out: 12 noon
Deposit Policy: A one-night deposit is required for each room if reserving in advance. Credit card payments can be activated by phone when the reservation is made; MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted.
- Personal checks are acceptable for advance deposit only and must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Money orders, travelers' checks and cash are also acceptable forms of payment.
- Full payment for the entire stay is expected upon arrival; at that time, credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), travelers' checks, money orders and cash are acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- If guests wish to cancel a reservation at least 10 full days' notice is required. If a room (or rooms) is not cancelled at least 10 days in advance, a $25 penalty per room per night will be charged. Guests who cancel on their arrival day will be charged the cost of the entire reservation. Note: All cancellations are subject to a 10% handling fee in addition to other costs as explained above.
- PLEASE NOTE: Payments made for rooms reserved for special events such as the Bloomsburg Fair, university parents' weekends, homecoming, graduations, the Covered Bridge Festival, the Renaissance Fair, Monster Truck weekend, Custom Car weekend, holiday weekends, etc., must be prepaid by check or money order only and will be refunded, minus a 10% handling fee, based on our ability to reserve the room or rooms for other guests.
- For special event days and weekends, all rooms are priced at $125.00, plus tax for up to two people. (The 3rd person rate will also apply when there are 3 guests in the Master Chamber and Blue Room.)
- ALSO NOTE: Once a guest has checked in to the establishment, he or she is responsible for paying for the entire stay, whether it is a holiday/special event period or just a regular day or days. If a guest decides to check out early, no refund, full or in part, can be given.
Other Policies:
- Children 10 years of age and over are welcome.
- Yellow Gables is a smoke-free facility.
- Yellow Gables is not handicapped-accessible.
- Pets cannot be accommodated.
